Duty Manager Required

We are looking for a hospitality star who would like to live and work in one of New Zealand's most stunning regions.

This position would is a mixture of day shifts and evening shifts. A duty managers certificate is required for this position but we would be happy to train the right applicant who is ready to progress their career in hospitality. In addition to standard bar duties you will be assisting with managing accommodation bookings and stock control.

Working weekends and public holidays will be required. We are very much a seasonal business with the warmer months, particularly the Christmas - New Year period being extremely busy. Over the cooler months you will experience much quieter time to enjoy our beautiful region.

Only people with a passion for the industry, with the right attitude and who are versatile and willing to pitch in as part of a team should apply. This position will include sole responsibility shifts and weekend work. Gaming machine experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. A drivers license would be an advantage. Honesty, maturity, reliability, and the ability to work as a team and accept responsibility are all characteristics we are seeking.
