It has quickly become apparent that a few extra items are required to ensure guests have a level of comfort and ammenities that they require.
With all items, ease of cleaning, commercial quality and compliance are factors that need to be considered. We have taken the time to approach our wholesale suppliers to provide a list of items required and have attached this list with prices below.
By using one supplier and type of accessory, we can hold some extra stock if replacement or sudden cleaning should be required. Please come back to us and let us know what you would like to order.
Something we have not sourced is additional heating. It has been bought to our attention by a group staying in a unit that is not being hired out, that the heating provided does not keep the rooms warm enough now that Winter is almost here. I will find some options and come back to you through our trade account at Mitre 10. Also there are not enough plugs once the TV, Sat TV Unit and Heater are all to be plugged in together. I will see if we can get a price for an electrician to hard wire heaters in. We will also get a per unit price for an extraction fan for the bathrooms as condensation is an issue in cold months.
All electrical items will require to be Tested & Tagged. We have negotiated a price for all items in a unit of just $99 per unit.
Whilst we have a number of units already signed up for management, we do have some minor changes to be made to that agreement as discussed and will do this once we have had time to operate management for a few weeks. A big thanks to all who have moved forward with us so far. As soon as we have the units equipped they are already listed online and ready to release for booking.
Lastly, I would like to apologise if we have not been back to you in a timely manner. We sadly due to illness lost our operations manager a couple of weeks ago and have been busy saying our farewells and restructuring the office and staff.
