We have an amazing team at the moment providing service and products we are super proud of. These are some of the new members enabling us to provide great hospitality.
From left to right we have Chef De Partie' - Paras Sharma. Paras has worked in the fast paced environment of Speights Ale House in Auckland and brings a passion for food that shows in the end product. Steff Nicoll has joined us on the bar as a duty manager. Originating from Scotland she has spent the past few months in Lumsden. Loving the country life she brings a warm and smiley service style. Paula Boys lives in Otematata and is working on the restaurant floor, assisting in the kitchen and with housekeeping. You can be sure her friendly and careful approach will ensure our high standards are always exceeded. Sarah Sutherland live at Waitangi Station where her husband Roger works. Affectionately known as our pocket rocket, Sarah is running the floor service and you will be sure to notice her smile and friendly efficient service. Sonja Edmondston lives in the Haka Valley. As one of our duty managers, her previous experience shines through on the bar. Sarah Walsh, our head chef, comes from a lifetime of experience in the kitchen. Along with her family they started Poppies in Twizel, and has worked at many highly commended establishments. Coming from Pisa Moorings in Cromwell, Sarah's passion for food is shining through and she will be assisting us in developing an exiting new menu that will have you travelling to experience our great food.
