This months guest tap sees a relatively new brew from the new Christchurch Micro Brewery. There are a variety of brews from this brewery, all of which are delicious. We will have a few on over the coming months.
The Fermentist is a micro-brewery in Christchurch. With beer as their roots and sustainability in our heart, we are just trying to look at things differently. Their mission is to bring people together over great beers and food, trying new things and discovering how we can make a difference in how we work. They are all about explorations and discovery in fermentation, and want to push themselves and challenge perceptions about what this can mean.
